Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive
(Upwork Bidder) with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in bidding for
IT/software projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
securing projects from platforms like Upwork and other freelance platforms. If
you’re skilled in generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client
relationships, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Actively bid on platforms like Upwork,Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar, securing projects related to web development, mobile apps, and software solutions.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Write customized and effective proposals based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial communication to final project handover.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client satisfaction during the project lifecycle.
- Ensure consistent growth in business by strategically identifying new opportunities for business expansion.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT/software industry and adapt bidding strategies accordingly.
- Regularly track and report bidding results, sales forecasts, and pipeline progress.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, specifically as an Upwork Bidder.
- Demonstrated experience in writing winning proposals and securing IT/software projects.
- Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others.
- Ability to identify and convert business opportunities into long-term clients.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of IT/software services, web development, mobile apps, and related fields.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines in a competitive environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software is an added advantage.
- A degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer with 3-5
years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
motion design, digital aesthetics, and have a solid grasp of current design
trends. If you’re passionate about creating dynamic and visually engaging
content, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present creative ideas.
- Develop motion graphics, animations, illustrations, logos, and other designs using design software.
- Create and edit GIFs, videos, and other multimedia content.
- Ensure appropriate colors, layouts, and compositions are applied for each design.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends and software updates, especially in motion design.
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and deliver high- quality visual content.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience in motion designing with a strong portfolio showcasing animations, videos, and other graphics.
- Proficiency with design and video software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and InDesign.
- Experience with GIF creation and other motion content is essential.
- Good command of both digital and print design aesthetics.
- Familiarity with video editing is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and design elements.
- Ability to work methodically, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- A degree in Design, Motion Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, Wireframes and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, overall user- friendly experience)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.
- Good command of Figma, XD, and Photoshop is a must.
- Analytical thinking is what we are keenly looking for.
- Should be creative and logical to have a broad understanding of the product and requirements of the project.
- Should have skills to create a workflow for the project.
- Prototype skill is a must. Must be quick learner in order to update advanced tool skills as per requirements.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Expert in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator is optional.
